I am a 47 year old HVAC technician who didn’t purchase a home until I was 40. With that being said I couldn’t have imagined a better experience as far as my realtor is concerned. At the time of the desired purchase I was working out of town regularly and living out of hotels M-F. Home being a dilapidated rental home that my wife and I were throwing away to much hard earned money on every month. I had limited time and resources at my disposal but we were extremely motivated to improve our situation. Rania was introduced to us from my wife’s sister and brother in law also their close knit circle of friends who they treat as family had done business with in the past. Rania made herself available every step of the way right up until the inspection and the closing process helping to protect our investment as if it was her own. That was 2016 and at the time we could never imagine what the housing market would become. I think it’s safe to say no one at the time did. Since the purchase Rania has helped 4 of our children become home buyers 3 of which were first time homebuyers and just as intimidated as we were. I write this review as my husband and I enjoy sipping coffee on our back patio, as first-time homeowners. As long term renters from another state, we had no idea where to start. Luckily a family friend knew we wanted to relocate and referred Rania to us. The first time we spoke with her, we felt at ease and knew we had not only a knowledgeable agent, but one that listened to our preferences, and would work above and beyond - educating us on homeownership, home construction, schools, neighborhoods, zoning, etc.
With the hot market in 2020, we started touring homes while still out of state, having virtual tours with Rania, who took her time to point out details we may not have noticed via a phone screen. When it came to knowledge, she knew every form, every regulation, every precaution, etc. Ours was not a simple transaction with many complexities, yet behind the scenes she made it feel simple- no surprises and my favorite were the emails that would update me of next steps.
